Sales were flat for Rogers’ Bills In Toronto Series in Toronto. Barriers to purchase were strong. The Buffalo Bills fans were resentful of the Toronto venue and ticket prices were high.
Agenda Digital Marketing co-developed a Fan Engagement Strategy via a new website which utilized a social media plan and print campaign that encouraged fans to join and participate within a growing team community.
After the launch of the new website, online ticket sales were increased and database sign-ups rose significantly.
